All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging with your message.

We will review your request and offer the following resolution:

 

    • A coupon code of the same order value will be issued to your registered email

    • The coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue

    • The coupon can be used on any product available on our website

Eligibility for Coupon

A coupon may be issued if:

 

    • The product arrived damaged or broken

    • The wrong item was delivered

    • The product is missing from your order

Coupons will NOT be issued for:

 

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect shade or product chosen by the customer

    • Opened or used products

    • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers

Coupon Terms

 

    • The coupon will be of the exact value of the affected item

    • Coupon validity: 6 months from date of issue

    • The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash

    • The coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer

    • Shipping charges are not included in the coupon value

Order Cancellation

 

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
